Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to run the store: your contact details, order history and, with your consent, your newsletter subscription. We never sell personal information. Order data is processed securely through our checkout provider, and you can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@haystacklanefeed.com.
Refund policy
Unopened food, treats and supplies can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bags can be exchanged once per recipe if your pet refuses the food. Toys and accessories must be unused. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will confirm the fastest option — refund or store credit.
Terms of service
By shopping with Haystack Lane Feed Supply you agree to provide accurate order information and to use feeding guidelines responsibly — our guides are general advice, not veterinary diagnosis. Prices and availability may change; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we refund you in full. Discount codes apply to one order each and cannot be combined unless stated.
Shipping policy
Orders placed before noon ship from Millbrook Valley within 2 business days. Local delivery takes 1–3 days; everywhere else takes 3–6 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Buy online and pick up in store for free — orders are packed within 4 working hours.
